Pax 3 vaporizer

Stunning Simple Design

Just look at it! The Pax 3 was obviously created with a design-first in mind. There's a reason everyone calls Pax the Apple of vaporizers. It is sleek and unassuming, but really pops with its LED lighting display. The design is intuitive too, just load your herb in the bottom and press the button at the top to get started.

You wouldn't even think that it's a vaporizer until you see someone blow out a cloud of vapor after using it. It's one of those products where people go "what is that?" and are immediately impressed.

The Perfect Size

It's impressive that they fit so much technology in to such a small package. It can easily be tossed in your pocket or in a bag if you're on the go. When you feel it in your hands you'll understand how it's the absolute perfect size for a portable vaporizer.

The build quality is also superb. While some cheaper vaporizers feel flimsy with plastic parts, that's definitely not the case with the Pax. They back that up with a 10 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Great Vapor Production

Even though the Pax 3 comes in a small package, that doesn't mean it delivers small clouds. You'll be surprised by how much vapor you can pull from this little vaporizer. If used properly, your herb will come out out a nice dark brown which means you've efficiently vaporized it.

Want to crank up the heat? You can do so with just a few presses of the button, the LED lights will indicate what temp you're at. There's also an app that lets you have complete control of the temperature and battery (Pax released a workaround after the iPhone app ban!).

Long Lasting Battery

The Pax 3 is carrying a 3500mAh battery, which is a decent increase from the Pax 2. That's quite a large battery that will last you around 90 minutes of use (as long as you're not keeping the temperature too high). As long as you keep it charged, you won't have to plug it in mid session.

The power dock is also one of the best in the business. It's magnetic and snaps in to place instantly. Gone are the days of fiddling around with a crappy micro-USB connection. Although the cord could be a bit longer, it looks and works great.

Fantastic device! Worth the cost!

I’ve never used a vaporizer before, so after doing a lot of research, I decided to splurge on the Pax 3 with the full kit.

It was easy to figure out, easy to clean, and just overall pleasant to use. Having used bowls and bat hitters, I’m very pleased with this device.

My only changes to it would be an easier way to remove the mouthpiece, some sort of grip to the device to make it less slippery, and a pamphlet of instructions (so I don’t need to rely on the video).

Very very satisfied!

I love my Pax3

I love my complete kit. The device is very slippery in hand. Wish the finish was a bit gritty or a silicone case/sleeve was an option

Pax 3 complete

Highly recommend the complete kit! Good fast to arrive and working well!

Not as happy as I should be

The Pax 3 seems to have rave reviews, I am not as impressed. This is my first Pax and maybe if I'd had the earlier models this one would impress me more. I did not purchase the complete kit and might have been more impressed if I had than with the basic model. For instance, the packing tool and half stove should have been included with the basic model and by not including them made this a bare bones unit, IMO. My biggest complaint is that the instruction manual is insufficient. It would be nice to have more info on the changeable functions/features. So far I have stumbled along, but a few more words in the manual would be helpful. The unit does get hot making it uncomfortable to hold sometimes. The iOS app is not working on my iPhone XR, so I am dependent on the paper manual (and youtube). In the end the Pax 3 works, but not including the packing tool and the half stove in the box is cheap. I did not plan to use concentrates, so did not need the full kit, but including a couple of more accessories would have been nice. The shipping was quick, so that is a positive.

Very happy would recommend it to anyone!

Money well spent

I bought the complete kit and am very pleased with it. The design is compact and very easy to use. I appreciate the company including a grinder with my purchase. Overall I’d say it’s money well spent.

Elegant Design

This little device is as visually sleek as it is well-thought out. Very easy to operate, it has simple, visual feedback with LEDs.

Ask a Question
  • I have a Pax 2 and I’m wondering if it’s worth it to upgrade to the Pax 3 right now. What’s so much better about it? Should I upgrade or not?

Personally, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it to buy a Pax 3 if you’re already using a Pax 2. If you didn’t have one already I’d choose the newer version, but there isn’t too good of a reason to spend the money right now if yours is still working fine. The Pax 3 does heat up faster, looks a little cooler and has haptic feedback (buzzes when it’s ready) but they’re still pretty similar overall.
